Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing or using Kaizan Discovery™ (the "Product"). By accessing or using the Product, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Kaizan Discovery™ is an AI-powered workflow tool developed by Kaizan AI Studios LLC ("Company," "we," "us") to assist AI consultants with structuring and documenting business discovery calls. The Product includes pre-call planning, live call playbooks, AI-powered call analysis, document generation, and proposal building features.
Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product. This license is for individual use only. You may not resell, sublicense, share access, or redistribute the Product or its outputs as a competing tool or service without written permission from Kaizan AI Studios LLC.
There is no account required. Your session data is stored locally in your browser. Access to the tool is browser-based and device-specific.
The Product uses the Claude API (by Anthropic, Inc.) to generate call analysis, opportunity assessments, and proposals. AI-generated outputs are provided for informational and productivity purposes only. Kaizan AI Studios LLC makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of AI-generated content.
You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all AI-generated content before using it with clients or making business decisions based on it. AI outputs should be treated as a starting point for professional judgment, not a substitute for it.
You agree to use the Product only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with applicable laws and regulations. You may not use the Product to generate content that is misleading, defamatory, or harmful. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract proprietary elements of the Product.
Kaizan Discovery™ is offered as a one-time purchase. Pricing is displayed at the point of sale and is subject to change for new customers. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

All intellectual property in the Product — including the workflow system, prompts, UI, design, and branding — is owned by Kaizan AI Studios LLC. Client documents and proposals you generate using the Product are yours. The underlying product and its components are not.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kaizan AI Studios LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity, arising from your use of the Product, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the Product shall not exceed the amount you paid for access.
The Product is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Product will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Product after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will post the updated date at the top of this page.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Georgia.
