Kaizan AI Studios LLC ("Company," "we," "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you use Kaizan Discovery™ and how it is used.
Session data (stored locally): All discovery session information you enter — client company names, contact details, call notes, scores, and settings — is stored exclusively in your browser's local storage (localStorage). This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly use the AI analysis features described below.
Payment information: When you purchase access, payment is processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store or have access to your credit card number or full payment details. Stripe may retain payment records in accordance with their own privacy policy.
Email address: If you contact us for support or request a refund, we collect your email address solely to respond to your inquiry.
Usage data: We do not use analytics tracking, cookies, or session recording tools on this Product.
When you trigger the "Analyze my call" or "Generate proposal" features, the call notes and session data you have entered are transmitted to Anthropic's Claude API for processing. This data is sent over an encrypted HTTPS connection to our server, which forwards it to Anthropic's API and returns the result to your browser. We do not store this data on our servers after the API response is returned.
Anthropic, Inc. processes this data in accordance with their own privacy policy and API usage terms. We recommend not including personally identifiable information (full names, Social Security numbers, financial account details, protected health information) in call notes submitted for AI analysis.
Your session data lives in your browser's localStorage and is not transmitted to or stored on our servers. Clearing your browser's localStorage or using a different browser or device will result in loss of session data. We recommend exporting session records to Word documents if you wish to preserve them.
We use industry-standard HTTPS encryption for all connections between your browser and our servers.
Kaizan Discovery™ does not use tracking cookies. We use browser localStorage for session persistence, which is a local browser feature, not a cookie.

Kaizan Discovery™ is a professional tool intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has submitted personal information through this Product, contact us and we will promptly remove it.
Because session data is stored only in your browser, you have full control over it at all times. You can clear it by clearing your browser's localStorage. If you have submitted data through email for support purposes, you may contact us to request deletion.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the Product after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
